Autumn Term
Our Autumn Term quest is 'Heroes and Villains'. Throughout the quest, we will explore WW1 and the impact the war had on the home front. We will accompany our historical studies with the exploration of Electricity in Science.

Homework is set twice weekly via CGP Books - pupils will record the page numbers in their homework diaries.
Monday - Maths due Thursday
Wednesday - English due Monday
Spelling will be set each Monday (on Spelling Shed or pupils can keep a record in their diary), and tested the following Monday.
Reading at Home
Reading at home is always greatly encouraged, and to support this children can work towards earning an award at the end of each term. This year, children will work towards earning Bronze, Silver and Gold awards. Reading awards will be presented at the end of each term in the Governors' Assembly.

Summer Term - 6 uploads per term
At the start of each term, the reading count will begin from zero.
If your child is successful in all three terms, they will receive a 'Reading Year' award at the end of the school year.
